I have worked with Elaine Shannon from Cogeco Cable for over 15 years. I have found Elaine to be a very customer orientated person who always is concerned about her customers' requirements. Whenever I call Elaine with a concern or a problem, the concern or problem is looked after immediately and she then always follows up to ensure I am happy. I wish all of my suppliers were as concerned about us.

I have had Cogeco Cable on our guest room televisions and over the 15 years I have had very few problems but when there were the service I received to repair a problem was very speedy and caused very little inconvenience to our guests. Recently we have brought a number of our department heads online using Cogeco and again there response time for this was superb.
