If I get to the end of a video and want to watch it again, can I restart at the beginning?

Q:

A: Yes, if your viewing period has not expired, you may watch the movie again.

How many movies can I rent at one time?

A: Typically, there is no limit on movie rentals. Check with a COGECO Customer Service Representative for system-specific ordering information.

Do my Parental Control and Purchase code settings stay the same for Video on Demand purchases as with other features of the COGECO i-Guide?

A: Yes. Codes and settings apply to Video on Demand just as in any other feature of the COGECO i-Guide.

Q:
How do I return to watching a Video on Demand rental after I've tuned to another channel?

A: Press the menu button twice, this will bring you to the Main Menu. Highlight the On Demand and press OK then choose My Rentals. This will allow you to resume watching your movie.

Q:
Some of the videos in the listings appear with a check mark next to the title. What does this mean?

A: The check mark indicates movies you have rented that are available for viewing. You can also access these movies through My Rentals from the Video on Demand main menu.

Q:
What if I watched only part of the movie I ordered and didn't get to watch the rest before it expired?

A: You will have to order the movie again. Refer to the Information Screens for remaining rental(s) and viewing time(s).
