How do I create a Web
page?
A:
There are many ways to
create a Web page, and several programs available to do this. We recommend going
to one of the major search engines and doing a search for HTML basics. The first
step is to actually create your Web page. You simply create an HTML document on
your computer using any HTML program. After you have created your Web page(s) on
your computer, you need to upload them to COGECO's server for everyone to be
able to access and view your page(s). |
