Q: If I already subscribe to Cogeco Classic Cable, Digital Cable or High Speed Internet and I want to accomplish one of the following service changes:

  • Add Digital Cable to your services;
  • Change your Digital Theme Pack(s);
  • Change your Digital Select Package;
  • Add TMN or other Premium Services;
  • Purchase or rent a new Digital Cable Receiver;

Q: Is it long and difficult to order online?

A: Not at all. Ordering online takes you through an easy step-by-step process. When ordering Digital Cable services, just select your Television package and then your Digital Cable Receiver. When ordering Classic Cable services and/or High Speed Internet, just select your package. If you want details about a package, you can just click on the "> Details" links. In all cases, you can add services easily and confirm the total order at the end, before sending it. You'll have your order submitted in just a few steps.

Q:
Is it safe to order online?

A: All forms on Cogeco.ca are secured with a Verysign certification. Which means all information are sent to the site in an SSL session and encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.

Q:
If I purchased Cable TV services, how are the services delivered to my house?

A: Cogeco will arrange to have a technician visit your home in order to activate the outlets. If you already have Cogeco cable and only require a Digital Receiver, we will send one to your house via courier.

Q:
If I purchased High speed Internet services, how are the services delivered to my house?

A: Cogeco will send a technician to your house in order to activate the service on the desired outlet and to connect the cable modem.

Q:
When Will I receive my first bill?

A: When you receive your bill depends on when you activated your services and which city you live in. Contact customer service and a customer service representative will be able to tell you which day your bill will arrive each month.

can I do this using the online ordering form?

A: Yes. All you need is your account number. To change your Theme Pack(s) or to add Premium Services, you'll need to specify the Digital Select Package you already have.
