Q: What is Webmail?
A: Webmail allows you to read and write your e-mail on the Internet web from anywhere at any time. With Webmail, you are no longer restricted to using your Cogeco e-mail from home, now you can use your e-mail account on any computer with access to the Internet. |

Q: How can I access the Cogeco Webmail service?
A: You only need to launch the web browser, such as Internet explorer and enter the following address: http//my.cogeco.ca. Click on the webmail tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen and enter your complete e-mail address (ex.: customer@cogeco.ca) and your self-care/e-mail password and then click GO! |

Q: What is the difference between the Basic and Advanced modes in Webmail?
A: The Basic mode is designed to allow you to read and write e-mails online while continuing to download and manage your e-mails on your PC. The Advanced mode is designed to allow you to manage your e-mail online and provides you with access to advanced e-mail features online such as address books, folders, signatures, the ability to receive e-mail in your webmail account from other POP e-mail accounts and the ability to set up e-mail filters. |
