Customer Care Centre Representative
Incumbent is responsible for taking calls from our current and potential customers, and for explaining and selling products and services offered so as to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring our customers' needs are optimally met. He/she processes computer data and provides all necessary information to ensure our customers' complete satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school or College Diploma
- Experience in Sales, Data Processing and Accounting
Technical Support Representative
Incumbent supports our customers in matters of Internet navigation and their use of Cogeco-supported software. He/she answers customers phone calls dealing with operating system configuration, computer equipment, network card, modem, network, or any related problems.
Requirements:
- High school or College Diploma
- Experience in Call Centres or Customer Service
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, MAC, NT, TCP/IP
Service Technician
Incumbent is responsible for installations, customer service operations and network maintenance (including drop, head end/microwave/hub) to a minimum of Cogeco and/or BP23 standard, ultimately to the customers' satisfaction.
Requirements:
- College Degree in Electronics
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar jobs
