- Write Cogeco
in the first field.
- Select MODEM
for
an access with a phone line or LAN for a cable modem access.
- Click on the right arrow to continue the
installation.

- If you use a cable modem, go
directly to the STEP 7,
- With a phone line access, select your modem in the
picklist.
- Select the Port.
- Select the type of line you use.
- Click on the right arrow to continue the
installation.

- Write the phone number of the server of COGECO in
the appropriate field.
- In the second field, enter your username.
- In the third field, enter your password.
- Click on the right arrow to continue the
installation.

- If you use the Samsung, Ericsson,
COM21 modem cable or a phone
line connexion, select NO then click on the
right arrow to continue the installation.
- If you use the LANcity
cable modem, select Yes, then click on the
right arrow to continue the installation.
- Enter your ip address.
- Click on the right arrow to continue the
installation.

- Enter the DNS
address 205.151.69.200
and 205.151.68.200
- Write the domain cgocable.ca
- Click on the right arrow to continue the
installation.

- Write your e-mail
address.
- Write your password.
- Click on the right arrow to continue the
installation.

- Enter your username.
- Enter the SMTP mail serveur : mail.cgocable.ca
- Click on the right arrow to continue the
installation.

- Write the news group host : news.cgocable.ca
- Click on the right arrow to continue the
installation.

- Select "Connect
when finished".
- Click
on "Go Ahead" button.
