Cogeco Cable's commitment to providing excellent customer service includes ongoing cable system maintenance and network upgrades. In order to further enhance our signal quality and reliability and to continue to allow us to offer a wide range of present and future digital and high speed services, such as Digital Cable, HD,VOD, SVOD, VOIP and various HSI services, we are in the process of upgrading our network in your area.
- To minimize any customer service disruptions, COGECO upgrade crews will work in small neighborhood areas, and notify our customers three weeks ahead, as well as two-to-three days in advance, regarding the timing of any planned construction activity in their area.
- Our technicians follow a strict operating procedure, not initiating any customer affecting work in the designated area until after 8 am and ceasing before 6 pm, to allow for uninterrupted prime time viewing. Any major customer - affecting construction activity is scheduled between midnight and 6am.
- While working in your neighborhood, our contractors post signage with contact information, which is also on the notification card, so that customers can reach us if they have any concerns.
